Yarl: The Last Place God Made (2025)

A gallery installation that traces the arterial tributaries of Mill Beck (Barrow-in-Furness) through geological time to the ecological and social challenges of present day. Through experimental methods of projection and sound, Yarl attempts to create an experience which, once entered, envelopes traditional processing and allows for alternative cultural narratives to be expanded. 

 

The installation will be shown as part of the Signal Film & Media Artist Lab Exhibition, opening Thursday 26th November 2025.
