Fading details of a seaside town (Hastings) form fragments of memory that slowly dissolve against the endless repetition of salt air and blue-green sea. Whilst image documents the detail of lost moments, a local voice takes focus on his personal experience of the coast, building a portrait of place and commenting on the duality of time.
